Spatial-firstBuildings are physical. Their data should be too. Carmkn treats geometry, location, and spatial relationships as first-class data — not afterthoughts. When you ask about equipment in a mechanical room, Carmkn knows what floor it’s on, what panel serves it, and what circuits connect to it.
Deterministic where it mattersEngineering calculations have to be right. Carmkn uses verified code — not language model guesses — for NEC load calculations, voltage drop, conductor sizing, and power flow analysis. The AI decides what to calculate; the math is always deterministic. Results carry NEC article citations so a Professional Engineer can trace every value.
Honest about AI limitationsLanguage models hallucinate. Carmkn mitigates this with retrieval-augmented generation, a persistent knowledge graph, and automated accuracy monitoring. When confidence drops below acceptable thresholds, the system tells you — it doesn’t hide it.
